Compensation and Benefits Specialist

 We are looking for a hero to fill the position of compensation and benefits specialist to process and manage the company’s payroll. You will be the one to calculate wages based on work hours and administer payments. A compensation and benefits specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency. They are good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives.The goal is to ensure personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner.

 

Job Requirements:

Strong time management skills and self driven work ethic

Bachelor Degree in The Same Field

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.

Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.

Good mathematics skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Running the payroll process and all relative compensations.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.

Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits and garnishments.

Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.

Oversee payroll transactions (e.g. via e-banking).

Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records.

Process benefit costs, like insurance fees and sick leaves.

Design, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.

Follow up on employee evaluation and all the rewards and benefits related to the payroll.
