Pricing & Weight: Base price covers up to 10 kg. Additional fees apply per extra 1 kg.
COD Availability: Select couriers support COD with an additional charge of 10 SAR.
COD Limit: Up to $1000 (3750 SAR).
Weight Limits: Varies by courier (25–35 kg per shipment).
Pickup & Delivery: Pickup within 1–2 days. Delivery within 1–5 days.
Shipment Quantity: Max 10 pieces per shipment (courier-dependent).
Volumetric Weight: (L × W × H) ÷ 4000.
Chargeable Weight: Greater of volumetric or gross weight.
Invoice Disputes: Must be submitted within 5 days of issuance.
Storage & Liquidation: Stored over 60 days = liquidation/confiscation.
Damage Claims: Requires proof (photos/videos + packaging).
Compensation: Submit within 48 hours of receipt or 30 days if lost.
Amount: Equals value from invoice, max 1000 SAR.
Wallet Credit: Within 30 days of confirmation.
Not Covered: Hazardous/flammable items, liquids, food, medicine, beauty items, valuables (gold/silver/cash), unprotected electronics/furniture, poor packaging.
